Moms working with me on Saturdays now, since the other guy I worked with got his promotion and doesn’t have to work 3rd shift… Up side? The shift runner I was having a problem with (well more the mess she left behind) has gotten much better. Couple Saturdays ago I had it and wrote her up. Funny bit is, only two people knew of it, mom and the other who showed me how too. Once the one I wrote up found out – so did the whole store.
The new girl we just got quit, which sucks major ass. I’ll never get any classes, or the training I need, the way this is going. Up Side? We got a new guy. Someone to handle the deliveries! However, he didn’t work on the weekend, which is when I REALLY could use him. Thursday – Monday. Up Side? Our Boss decided to let me (and mom) have this Saturday off; she’ll work with the new guy instead!! (Wants to see what all the fuss is bout Saturdays.) My first since I started working here :D We are gunna drink till we puke, twice! Saturdays are our party days.
Mom talked to our boss about getting her position changed. Unfortunately, MANY people found out and started treating her differently. Even the one she made really good friends with, which sucks. She was the first one pap and me approved of and liked. So, she had a talk with the big boss and settled most of the issues. Somewhere along the line she is going to have a transfer.
Now, I’m just wondering who I’m going to work with on Saturday. I have a funny feeling this is the only Saturday the new guy is working. Since the other two who worked 3rd shift with me opt-out.
