R.I.P. Harley
April 01, 2007
Har didn't dislocate her leg. The next day, they had her outside and her front paw gave out...I made mom call the Vet. None of the local hospitals wanted to hear anything. The only one that even listened was about an hour away and leaving his office...He turned back to meet us.

We met him, he poked her a few times and then did that, "Can I talk to you for a minute?" Thing to pap...Yah, it was way past time. Course we all thought it was old age...Apparently, she had not only stomach cancer but spleen as well...I decided to use my card, pay it back later when I can. There was just no way in hell I was going to let her suffer anymore. Mom agreed on that as well, in between sobs. Took her 2 days to stop the crying. Course I'm not convinced she's over it.
