A/C and internet thank the lord! Took long enough!
Internet was a bitch because the previous resident (10 years ago) ran the bill up so high they wanted a shit load of proof we were new people. They went so far as to ask for a PSE&G bill from their previous residence. Well, lets see...prior to this place - they lived in the Princeton dorms (he was a student she was a teacher). Then bout 13 years ago...they lived clear across the country.
Who in their right mind keeps utility bills like that?
So they asked for SS# and wanted to copy his card. We went back and forth for 3 days, with multiple documents.
In the end, I said they could shove it and we would settle with a slower connection. They really can just kiss my ass.
A/C was easier then expected. Only took one day to install a new unit and furnace, which is impressive being on the 3rd floor...A/C is on the roof...
