Apparently, when I started to look at places, my expectations were EXTREAMLY low. I was under the impression: the real world was SO tough; I wouldn’t be able to find a place for under 3k, and if so it would be a real dump.

I found the perfect places not to far from current home, close to work, one room, one bath, kitchen, living area. Utilities are separate, rent 500-800, but that’s way better then my current. Especially since everything will be cut down massively when it’s only one person, myself, I will be taking care of.

So, I’m wondering why nobody brought this up and was leading on that I couldn’t find any places. Unless they were referring to 3+ bedrooms, as in they move in as well. Since I want my own place, however, that won’t be the case. Which means once I get everything set my place will be easy as pie to find. Also, I can add real shit to my life list, instead of normal living expectations (or rather as I found out low life standards).
