They didn't evict anybody, but they did issue the regular fines warnings that would be enforced. Then they wanted to talk to the landlord :S easier to pull teeth...
Apparently, they shoved a fire under his ass and told him it was time to fix the place up. Heard this all before...think it was 20 years ago...he never did anything. Repairs that needed to be done? He never spent a penny, but we sure did. He never broke a sweat, but we sure did...reimbursement? Not in his vocabulary.
1928 that's the year the house was built. This is also the year of all the plumbing, lumber, wiring, and major circuitry in the house. All original. What's new, other than what we did? Theillegal floor jacks, self installed water heater, and some other un-named appliances...did I forget to mention the mold?
